David, Will and Trent are the carpet care dream team. I have used them for several years now and would not even think of using anyone else. They care for my carpet and upholstery like it is their own. When they walked in, the carpet was dirty and pet stained and looked like it was in desperate need of replacement. Now the carpet looks nearly new! They always take the extra time and attention needed to make sure that they do a top quality job. Punctual, professional and courteous. If there was an option to give them an A+ I would do so!

Cleaning went well got majority of stains out of six year old carpet, in a part time rental property.  Got paint out that was over three years old and prior cleaner were unable to remove.  Very happy with results.

I was very pleased that Raleigh Chem-Dry was willing to drive to rural Chatham County. And, a person answered the phone. Very refreshing.

My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 and a half years. I have a 90 pound indoor black lab and three grandchildren. The living room carpet had several stains that I didn't think would clean out. Wrong! My carpets look wonderful. Trent cleaned an upholstered chair that didn't look especially dirty. What a difference after cleaning! The fabric was brighter and the colors popped.

I highly recommend Raleigh Chem-Dry. Trent arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and provided great service.

The technician showed up on time, we courteous, and did the work efficiently (didn't waste time).  When he was done, the furniture looked better than it had in years.

Raleigh ChemDry has been cleaning the carpets in this home for 20 years. They are friendly, prompt and provide great results. Have always had several pets and they do a superb job of removing pet hair. Have referred many of my friends to them highly recommend anyone to try them.

From the initial phone call, the service and the follow up after the service, everything was handled professionally and without any problems, which is not always the same for other similar companies I've worked with in the past.  The technician arrived on time for the appointment, we walked through the entire house as he measured (for the square footage to price the job) and listened to me show any trouble spots or concerns.  I left the house and let him work.  He called when finished to let me know that it was done and to ask me to call if there were any problems.  I returned to find the carpet looking brand new.  I was very pleased, and glad to have chosen this company.  The tech told me they are a small, local, family-owned business, and it showed in their good work and professionalism.  I highly recommend them over the other companies out there.

Great job and really nice guy

They were just great; excellent in all aspects. I had a very, very bad dog stain that had sat for about 3 days and they managed to get about 99.9 percent of it out. It was pretty remarkable and the thing that I was so impressed with was that the guy told me that he was going to try to do it -- but that he thought it would not come out. But after he determinedly worked, it came almost all out. I will use them again in the future.
