The professionalism of Quality Plus Automotive was beyond exceptional! They showed me the work that needed to be done and then proceeded to explain the issue and the process of how the part actually worked. Amazing! They didn't cut any corners, no wool over my eyes, no baloney, just straight forward and not pushy. They showed great concern for the work to be done and I really admired that, and the fact that they did not try to overwhelm me with 100 other issues that most mechanic shops would try and do. I have told countless people about our experience here and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a life long auto service center.

We have used Quality Plus for many years for our cars. We use them for all warranty maintenance service on our vehicles in place of going to the dealerships. They perform quality work, always keep you in the loop by phone calls during service if they find an unexpected items that needs attention, gives you an itemized invoice, plus notes any upcoming services or items that will be needing attention in the future along with the approximate cost so you know what to expect. In the past we have had them do brake work, replace belts, replace tires, as well as routine maintenance. They are reliable, professional, and always a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.
