Randy and his crew built a quality deck. There was no problem having them return to fix a minor problem which was due to the wood and not their construction. My only problem with them was that they did not remove the remains of the old deck when they demolished it but waited until they finished the new deck. Minor problem but with old nails sticking out it could have been dangerous.

I had a leak on a window and needed to have the damage inspected and repaired. Fortunately it wasn’t as bad as I hoped and Randy completed the work quickly. He sent me updates each Day to keep me aware of the progress. We were happy with the results In the end and I would certainly contract Qualis in the future.

Great job by Randy! He was applying breadboard wainscoting to our bathroom. The result is great! During the project a plumbing leak required Randy to repair it. He handled it great!
