After they finished their work, they stayed back to help me connect my TV and hookup with the Ethernet port. This was not in their scope and they didn't have to do it but they did it nevertheless to help me. Outstanding service.

Don from Pivotal was knowledgeable about my problem which was a company who discontinued making the products used in my house and therefore there was no more tech support to fix the issue I had. I then contacted Pivotal who responded quickly and offered a solution with equipment from a first class company that will surely continue for the long term. Don ordered what I needed and installed everything promptly and was patient to explain use. I had a follow-up question which Don came over to my home and explained further use detail that I did not understand. That is good service.

Don and Brandon exceeded my expectation of customer service. I had been experiencing trouble with my home entertainment center for over 2 years. Attempt were made by other Audio Visual personnel (including large companies known for this type of work. names in which I will not mention). However, Don, gave a price, a date in which service would be perform,; Both of which he adhere to. Lastly, they provided superb service; resulting in outstanding workmanship.. problem resolved.. Not to mention, he called two days later the work was performed just to ensure that everything was working properly. I was having a bit of a challenge operating the new remotes. Don gave out on Sunday afternoon to assist me with my concern. I would recommend them to anyone and I give them six stars

Don and Brandon installed home network wiring and A/V wiring for a projector system in an existing house I just bought. They were extremely professional, attentive to my needs, and very competitive with their pricing. I am very picky, and Don and Brandon listened to me and went out of their way to finish the job to my complete satisfaction! I highly recommend them for any wiring or A/V needs you have.

Excellent work by Don and team

They installed 2 speakers. I provided all the necessary equipment. The job took 1.5 hours. I paid them $195. HomeAdvisor took $70 of this for their referral fee. I think this is far too much for these hard working men to have to pay for a lead to such a small job. Please refund some of this fee back to Pivotal Audio.

I will be hiring these gentlemen again.

I contacted them on a Sunday and was expecting to have to wait just to get a call back, but Don responded within an hour and came by the same day (Sunday!) and took care of my problem. I'm impressed!

I hired Pivotal to install some Internet lines to hard wire our home and centralize them in one location. They were very professional and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Attention to detail!

Don was very pleasant and did a fantastic Job. He helped program my universal remote. I liked his work and would hire him again in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do audio/visual work.

Don & his team did excellent work, even coming back at no cost to help when we upgraded some of our equipment and had some issues with it after the fact. I'd recommend their company to anyone for any work.

I would highly recommend don at pivotal audio. Don installed a surround sound system and wired up a second system in our house. The quality of their work is excellent and don is quite knowledgeable. Very happy with their work

Excellent job by Don and his coworker installing the TV on the wall. The following day he also lowered the bracket and TV, since I felt it was too high and always displayed a profession attitude and no extra charge. There were some problems getting the IR repeater kit to properly pass signals from one room to another to turn the receiver on and off, however Don returned on a holiday to fix the problem at no extra charge. He's a patient and well educated individual in this field, and would feel confident hiring him again for any other project.

They did an excellent job - my mutiroom audio system is working fine. They installed ceiling speakers and the keypads. For my future projects I will definately hire them again.
