Molly Maid of North Raleigh & Wake Forest

Their cleaning service was average quality, but their customer service was awful.  We used their cleaning services for more than a year, and we were considering canceling because of service deficiencies.  Then - without notice - they started charging us an extra 3% fee for using a credit card.  We complained about this, and they canceled our service without letting us know.  They just didn't show up.  Very unprofessional, and seemingly vindictive.  We will never us their service again.

I have a big dog; their vacuums couldn't seem to pick up all the dog hair; I could vacuum a day after a cleaning and get quite a bit of dog hair.

Felt they overcharged for the job done.

We quit using Molly Maid when we were able to make other arrangements which were not as costly and work quality is much improved.

I utilized Molly Maid of North Raliegh / Wake Forest every 2-weeks for approximately 3-years, until I moved. Service was absolutely excellent. Employees are trustworthy. (I will hire them again - at some point when I am settled in my new location.) Desmond, the manager, and company take very good care of their clients. Special requests for scheduling, etc., were always accommodated. Cleaning was as thorough as when I do it myself - this company does not perform and quot;surfaceand quot; cleaning - - and they are comfortable working in homes with animals (who chase the vacuum cleaner). {For example, some cleaning services don't clean base-boards, etc.; however, MM of W/F will dust base boards, door jams, picture frames, window blinds, etc.) This company includes all equipment and cleaning products in delivery of its service, and it will even accommodate special requests for particular products, such as those considered and quot;greenand quot; in the industry, etc. I highly recommend these folks!

I called for a free estimate. The manager came for that probably the next day. I explained what i need to get done, mainly the floors and 2 bathrooms. He was very nice and he quoted as needed. The cleaning crew came as scheduled few weeks later. At that point I realized that the baseboard right above the floor was not included in the estimate, so I called the company and ask to do that. The agreement was that they were going to charge me for that by the hour. The baseboard was done very well everywhere but the floors were not. They forgot to clean completely  the area under the dinner table (there was still some string of corn from the previous dinner ), the area under the couch (which I usually clean when I do my housecleaning), the area under the bed (this was left undone also from another cleaning crew we got before). As for the bathroom I asked to do two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. In one of the bathroom that was scheduled for a full cleaning they didn't do the window and they didn't clean the area under the window either. It is true that the window is a little bit up and you need a chair to reach it, but if it is a full clean I expect that it will get done.
It maybe that since I asked to clean the baseboard at the last minute they may not had have the time to do a good job. In that case they probably had to tell me that.
The week later they called me to ask about the service. I explained why I was not very pleased. The manager offered to send another crew back to clean those left spots but I refused.
