They were wonderful! Today my 2 yr old locked himself in the house with everyone else on the outside. After a panicked phone call , they were able to get to me quickly and had the door opened in short amount of time. I am so impressed with them, they understood the urgency and were able to work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using them again( if I need to!) and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The gentleman was really nice and friendly. He told me the location they had where they could make an extra key and they also told me ways I could hide keys in so that I would have one around the house. When I called him he told me he was in downtown with another customer and he would take 30 minutes and he was there in about 30 minutes. I really don’t have anything else to say but to say they were right on it. I have not had this work done before and when I last did 30 years ago I paid $30 so I think the price was reasonable.
