Joe was very polite, prompt, and professional. I would call Lock-N-Roll again for any future locksmith work. He gave me a slight discount since I needed multiple locks re-keyed and also didn't charge me for adding an extra key to my order.

They were very quick to respond to my call.
They quoted me a price of $75 on the phone.
They arrived an hour early.
They were very nice when they were at our house.
The older gentleman talked about seeing spirits and his religious beliefs as a Mason.
The broke the wood above the lock off of 1 door.
The lock doesn't line up right on a second door.
The third door the lock is VERY hard to lock from the inside.
I called and asked them to come fix the locks and they told me they would have to charge me a second service call fee and for any replacement parts to repair the damage they caused.
