It was a disaster all the way along. First - budget wise he Could Not provide a detailed estimate. He "Promised" That the budget would be a minimum of $100K and that the absolute maximum would be $150k. He also Promised that he would provide regular budget updates. Budget updates were next to impossible to get and then they were vague and incomplete numbers. It took weeks to Drag them out of him. At one point he showed up to paint the outside of the house unannounced. My neighbor told me it was being painted while I was at work. The list from the architect specified Not to paint the stone arch across the front door. He did anyway. I called and said it was unacceptable and NOT right. So the next day he shows up and puts a 2nd coat on it! I told him in no uncertain terms it was not going to stay that way. He finally rented a sandblaster to remove it. Which then removed some of the stone and some of the mortar... needless to say it was a total mess. He constantly tried to talk me into "modernizing" the house. Why would I want to modernize an Old house? I wanted an old traditional and mostly original appearance house. If I wanted a contemporary house that's what I would have bought - not a 1947 traditional house. They randomly showed up for a few days and 4 guys worked for a while. Then there would be 1-2 guys there a few days. Then no one for a few days. Once he disappeared for 11 days. He tried to say he "told me". Actually all he said was "you know I'm moving next week" . When they finally came back they worked "steady" for 4 days then disappeared again for 4 days. Needless to say work was very slow to progress. He asked how things were looking. But it was hard to judge the quality of work because NOTHING was completely finished. He dotted around doing odds and ends and never actually finished anything. In the end he says that he can't finish the entire job for the allotted money. So he wanted to just not build the garage - -- "for the Full Amount of Money". A garage like he was to deliver would be at least $30K probably more. Quality of work was marginal and I'm sure lots will have to be redone and repaired. There are plumbing issues, paint and trim issues, and electrical issues. He "Might" be okay for small jobs but this was well out of his range of skills. Anyone who Cannot Deliver an accurate estimate and Cannot stick to a budget should be avoided at al costs. Also many things are missing from my house. The custom blinds and curtain rods all disappeared and were to be saved and reinstalled.Run the other way from this guy by all means. My life savings have been mostly used up and he has nothing to say about it. And a not nearly finished house that I Cannot finish completely.

"First I would like to say that it is truly a shame that some people choose to use these types of sites to attempt to destroy reputations of quality companies for there own gains.. I have been in business for many years and have never had an unsatisfied customer . My outstanding reputation has come from working diligently to provide what myself and countless customers have considered to be the highest quality product and service in my industry .. The way things ended with this customer was extremely unfortunate and my first experience with exiting a project prior to its completion in the 26 years I've been in this field ..but it did not happen the way it has been so maliciously stated , not even close !!! I have many avenues in witch I could have gone after this past customer such as liens and lawsuits witch other contractors working with him on that project had to do to get payment .. He lashed out in the same manner at those and other companies that worked independent of myself on the said project as well .. For no reason other than we believe he ran out of money and did not want to confront us with that reality .. The homeowner repeatedly did not show up for scheduled meetings and discussions we had planned about the project, budget and other goings on ... This gentleman received a tremendous amount of work for the money he spent and he decided one day that he wanted the project shut down even though numerous contractors were scheduled for the completion of multiple projects .. Once the conversations turned down right nasty and vulgar on his end it was clear that he was dealing with something that we would not be able to work through.. And even so , I tried diligently to help him from the outside get his project at least to a point that he could be comfortable and take a break if needed and he would not take the extended hand .. I did everything I could to help this gentleman and for him to make this attempt at harming the outstanding reputation I have worked so hard for throughout the years is very disappointing and disturbing considering the accusations he has made are totally unfounded . I will refuse to lower my standards and try to harm his personal life or professional life. I will let the countless resounding references speak for themselves and my quality of person and that of my work .. Even though this customer is an outright liar , because of the type of business I run ,I do wish things could have gone differently and I hope this is the one and only time I come across a customer and project such as this ...."

They have power washed my home stained my deck and porch roof as well as painted. Kerry is very professional and the quality of his work is exceptional. He only uses the highest quality paints and stains and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the work. If you aren't he will make it right and do it promptly. He even fixes the mess do it "yourselfers" (That's me) make when they use the wrong products. I had used a stain sealer on both my deck and my porch roof and when they power washed the porch roof all the stain I used came off the wood in shreds. Even though I put the wrong stuff on the ceiling causing the problem he fixed it and made it look new. He sanded it and stained it with some ridiculously expensive high end oil stuff because he just couldn't put the cheap garbage on it to return it to the way I had done it even thought that was what he could have done and most people would do.For the deck instead of charging me He recommended that he not do the work on it that season so the junk I put on it could wear off He said he didn't want to charge me when he knew the stuff I put on would keep his product from being absorbed into the wood and he didn't think I needed to pay to have him sand the whole deck so we re-booked him for the following season and my deck looks amazing as well as now having a healthy and durable finish. Just everything he does he does with excellence.I highly recommend this company.
