They are very fair & honest in the work that they do.  They don't try to misrepresent what the problem is or try to get us to purchase more services we don't need.

They came out 2 hours before planned (they called in advance). The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. And he did a coolant recharge and a general health check of the system while there, all for the basic cost of the diagnostic call.

King's came out a day earlier than scheduled. Now the unit is working great and best of all...the house is cool! King's has done other work for me and they've always done a great job.

We have been happy with their work and they have been good. They are always really nice and have done what they said they are going to do. I really like working with them. I have been using them for about 5 years now.

The job went very well. They figured out the problem that I had and took care of it and the unit is working just fine. I called them and they came the same day and were on time. They're very professional and very nice. He explained to me what was wrong with it.

I cannot praise this company enough. After years of dealing with so many big HVAC companies in my area who never arrived when they said, never called to say they'd be late, or never showed up at all; and charged an arm and a leg to boot, it was such a pleasure to have JR's company here to do the work. King's was a recommendation from a friend, during a desperately hot and humid spring when our upstairs A/C unit quit. Because he showed up on time, worked for two days repairing it and then charged us only minimally, when it came time to convert our downstairs HVAC over to natural gas, he was first choice.
As expected, JR and his men showed up on the day arranged, and performed the job efficiently and professionally. He took the time to make sure we were familiar with the new system and that all was working properly before he left. The old unit was removed, the new unit installed under the house and all is well.
We'll need to replace our upstairs unit in a year, and they will again be first choice.

This company truly deserves straight A's in my opinion. Great communication, very responsive, always answers phone and e-mail. competitive price and top-notch work quality. Outstanding!

Wonderful company to deal with. Second time we used them. They did a major repair on a different unit last summer. Both times they arrived whent they said they would. They are polite, prompt and get the job done quickly. Just a wonderful company to deal with.
