A very professional guy named Tony Costa showed up. He made us comfortable right away which was also portrayed by the phone call... Professionalism and all that word implies and comfort. Tony gave me his card and reviewed what I had ordered. As far as being on time he was not one minute early or late, I smiled as the bell rang and our clock said 1:00 exactly. They were booked to show up between 1 and 2:00. I took Tony through our carpeted areas, I was told on the phone what was included and Tony went very much above and beyond what I expected. To put it simply Tony and Dan Keec Carpet Cleaning clearly exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was very fair so in my gut I Expected them to attempt many add ons. In reality I showed him some tough spots and more problem areas and he never said anything about additional costs. Because my carpeting was newer Tony thought I may benefit from Scotchgard. I researched it and that was a good idea so I did get that at an additional price from what I listed above. The work and time to apply it made it a good value as well. Due to our physical health we cannot move very well. Tony assured us that my health was no problems. He also lifted and moved some heavy stuff, put in foam and plastic lifts to help areas under low furniture to dry. He left at 5:00 after 4 solid hours of very hard work dealing with 2 floors and many obstacles. Much of the carpet dried in 6 hours but areas with little or no air circulation took until morning to dry. The carpet looks and feels fantastic. I require to be down on the floor often and now it is back to being a happy and clean place. Also one of our three cats tends to vomit often... Like three times a week. Tony warned us about the acid in the vomit but every spot was removed like they never existed. My wife try's her best to clean these areas when we find them but sometimes a shadow of the stain remains. The shadows are gone now. I will definately use Dan Keech Carpet Cleaning pretty much yearly. They earned a customer for life! Rjt

Cleaned all rooms plus landing and stairs. My carpets have NEVER been so clean. I have used another so called no chemical carpet cleaning company in the past and Keech by far made that company look like a beginner in  this industry, Keech will be the only company i will trust in cleaning my carpets in the future.  THANKS KEECH!!!!!

Dan was great.  He was very professional and thorough.  He provided black light images of all the damage the tenants created and explained all his procedures to my satisfaction.

They were easy to schedule and very accommodating when I had to reschedule because the other contractors had not completed the painting on time. Dan and Mike showed up on time. They both worked extremely hard removing the stains from the carpet and furniture with great success. They were very professional and treated our home and belongings with great respect. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great!  Dan was friendly and informative during the estimate process.  He gave me a two discounts: one for Angie's List and one since the house was empty.  He did the work himself and reviewed any stains he could not remove afterwards.  My carpet looked like new!  He also supplied with a stain remover solution for any future spills.  

My phone call was promptly answered and an appointment was made. The work was great. A great deal of attention to detail was used and I am very satisfied with the service. I would use again.

We called Dan to do so emergency carpet cleaning, Dan responded very quickly and saved the day. Dan worked diligently to perform one of the best jobs we have ever had. Not only is Dan knowlegeable about the carpet cleaning business, he is extremely pleasant and trustworthy to have in your home.
