Met several times to go over what we wanted. They came to the house for measurements and discussed further details of what we wanted. This is a family business and it was very easy to work with Mr. Kay and his sons. After two or three weeks they came back to installl the cabinets. Everything went well. The cabinets are of very high quality in all respects.
