glass repair
 + -1 moreLeft a message for them a couple of weeks ago to request an estimate for replacement of a door sidelight window. I did not get a call back so I called again this morning and was told that this location doesn't provide residential glass service.. Their own website says they do residential glass as well as auto glass but apparently that is only true for their Smithfield NC location and not others. They could have at least called back to tell me and certainly should add clarity on their website about the limitation of services at other locations. I would not have wasted my time or theirs.
Description of Work: Contacted them to discuss replacement of a door sidelight window.

 + -1 moreWe called Interstate Glass and their crew arranged to replace the windshield in the parking lot of the school where she works. When she finished work, her new windshield had been installed perfectly. The price was right and there was no inconvenience.
Description of Work: Last spring a rock cracked the windshield on our 2002 MPV and with our new higher deductible, we knew our insurance wouldn't cover it.
