Went very poorly. They failed to position the house properly according to my instructions. They forced a situation where the entrance-way is not the proper size. Their selection coordinator was involved with only the subcontractor and it was messed up and cost me a surprise 1500 dollars. The deck was so poorly done they had to refund me cash at closing. After moving in, I found a hole in the subfloor that was claimed to be fixed. They even said, "I saw it fixed with my own eyes". The garage door ripped itself off the wall after one week of moving in. We had to have 28 subcontractor appointments after moving in. There was fireballs coming out of the stovetop because they had not changed the orifices from natural to LP but they had marked it off from the inspection list. Fireplace was not properly wired and was also broken. They failed to honor 30 day punch that was promised because quality was so poor so put in BBB complaint.
