George Hardwood Floors
About us
My company has been in the flooring business for over 28 years, and our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. All workers are trustworthy and very well qualified for the jobs obtained. Contact is maintained with customer for the duration of the job. Once a need is identified and inspected, a proposed estimate of cost is submitted to customer. If it is agreed upon a contract will be issued. Dependent upon the job, a small down payment may be required with the balance due to be paid once the job is completed. A receipt will then be issued. A receipt will be issued at any time for any amount paid while the work is in progress. (NOTE: A few years ago the company was contracted for work at the Governor's Mansion under former Governor Mike Easley. They were very pleased with our work.)

Unfortunately, the wife passed away on March 30, 2012. But she was so happy to see how beautiful her hardwood floors really were. They had lived in this home since the early 70's and the floors were desperately in need of refinishing. She was also amazed at how lovely her whole house was once the ceiling and walls were painted.
Note: I am the daughter of the elderly couple and I'm so glad my mom was able to enjoy the true beauty of her home, thanks to the professional workmanship of the workcrew of George Outlaw Hardwood Floors.
