 + -1 moreWe have an annual contract to check for termites and pests. They come once a year and if they discover something we'd have it treated. So far, there has been no need for treatment. They give you a certificate that they've done the inspection. There is some sort of guarantee. They've been here about 5-6 times, they come once a year. I believe their price is fair. The quality, they've been right so far. They call up once a year and make an appointment with us. So far, they've been competent and I don't have anything other than that to evaluate them on. As far I can tell they've done what they said and hope it continues just like it is. If there's no problem, no termites, no need for their service. They are fine. We heard of this company through the builder of our house. Communication is adequate.
Description of Work: Once a year checkup. Annual contract work to check for termites and pests.
