The vehicle looked like new. It took them approximately 10 days. Nothing stood out good or bad.I do not have any standard form of comparison, that was the first auto body work I have ever had, and I just don't know if they were expensive or cheap. The quality was excellent.

On december 1, 2010 I purchased a home in Wake Forest, north Carolina.While moving in I had to move my vehicle off the driveway so the movers could get in. I parked in the street, and while backing up I scraped into my next door neighbors mail box. I didn't damage the heavy cast iron mail box; just my vehicle. Needless to say I was very upset; just having my vehicle fixed in Pennsylvania. I found Ed Joyner on Angie's list the next day and I drove over to see him the next day. He gave me an estimate and I made an appointment with him the following week. He told me it would take a couple of days. True to his word it was ready in a couple of days; the price was the original estimate and the work was indeed very impressive with a perfect paint match.I would definately use him again and highly recomend him.

They guy was really willing to explain everything to me, work with me and talk to me about the options. He also told to me about the insurance people. He reported to me that the insurance people pre determined the damaged and that they have already decided the cost before he could get started. He kept me up to date on that and he told me what they were doing. As a result I was in a better position to argue for what I wanted to. He did a high quality car and fixed the car. I sold the car to him. I used his information that he gave me to get them to raise their offer. They offered me money to total it and I got them to raise their offer $5000 which was significant. I had him buy it and his daughter is driving it! I would definitely use him in future.
