He did an exceptional job, high-quality workmanship and neat.  The work was a great value for the uptick we will see because of this work when we sell. In addition, I have places to store bedspreads, overnight luggage, handbags and oodles of shoes.

We organized a closet and laundry room area. The person named Eric Royster came to do it. I was referred to him by a lady with whom I work. She is a relative of his. We called him and set up a time; a time when I would be here like a Saturday evening. We looked at 3 areas. One was going to be the pantry and there wasn?t an area he could work with which could add value to the cost. So we focused on the walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a laundry room. We came to an agreement on the price. He told us that he would order the material and let us know when it was shipped. He would set up an installation date. Everything went as planned. We helped with the demolition. We took down some of the wire shelves in the closet and he reduced the price. So he was cheaper than his estimate. There were no other estimates but I had a rough idea as to what it would cost. I think he was probably cheaper because he is not with a big company and he is trying to make things work out for him. I have already recommended him to another co-worker who wanted a similar job done.
