Description of Work: Painted whole house interior, repairing water minor damage, wavy wall to ceiling seams, poor previous paint job, reconstructed kitchen door, covered dining room stencilling, repaired fireplace mantel, and even repainted master bedroom bed.

Description of Work: This was the third time in 20 years the house was painted: BUT it was the FIRST TIME the house ever had a seamless, brand-new look and feel. All exterior trim was cleaned and re-caulked, including the seams where the boards join. Creative Painting Systems (Creative) did an amazing job. The finished house looked better than new!

Description of Work: Firstly they power washed the house,fence, porch, deck, walks and driveway. Then they came back to paint our entire exterior home, fence, porch, and deck. George also fixed our mailbox and post, replaced fence boards and some rotting wood around exterior doors.

Description of Work: George and his crew power washed the house, scrapped old paint, caulked, painted the trim and then painted the whole house (2 coats) and hung my new shutters for me.

Description of Work: George was shown each room and told what to paint. This included: 2 bedrooms w/ trim, 2 bathrooms w/ trim, the inside of a set of sliding glass patio doors w/ screen frame, the front door,and 3 sets of shutters. A reputable painter will fill holes, sand them so they are smooth before painting over them nor will he/she require you to point out holes or places that need attention before painting over them. I know this because my grandfather was a professional painter for his lifetime. If a painter does not want to do this then the painter might want to state what he will not do. They came at the appointed hour on the dot. They were friendly and went straight to work as I was leaving to go to work myself. My daughter was home. Upon arriving home I was so pleased when I glanced in each room to see the new color. Then as I went back over it I noticed that I could tell where they had filled the holes and just painted over the filler without sanding them down flush with the drywall. I mentioned that and the painters said they had not been told to do that. There were holes in the master bath where a towel holder had been, and I had removed a small cabinet in the other bathroom that left holes in the wall. When George came to pick up his men they told him what I had said, he came in all blustery and denegratingly ( he scared my daughter) and asked what the problem was. I told him and he said they didn't normally fill holes nor sand them but he told his men to go ahead and do it. They were not used to filling holes. You want paint, that's what we did, we don't fill holes and fix other people's painting mistakes. They did not finish the work, the doors and shutters were left undone. George told his men to get all of their stuff together and that they were leaving and would not be back. He also threatened me if I didn't pay him although I wanted to pay him and get him out of my home the way he was acting. I did not have the money on me and the bank had closed by this time and I don't write checks. He had to agree to meet me when the bank opened. I paid him, he collected his "references" that he had given me which was a little suspicious to me but I didn't care because I certainly was not going to recommend him to anyone. In fact, the opposite.
