He cleaned the unit and also found some contacts that were bad causing the cooling not to cool.
Also he advised that we clear away any vegetation growing around the coils to allow for better operation, which we did shortly after.
All was done in a very professional manor.
We would rather use small local family owned companies for all our service needs rather than the big corporate ones where you are just a number in their system.
His name is Bob Pendergraft. He is a small business owner and a neighbor off the street. He came out, quoted a price, and listed some options. I picked one and went with it. He came out within a couple of days and carried out the installation. He told me what he would do, and he did it. He did a great job. All went well. It is up and running. I have no problems. There is another unit that will be aging out next year and Bob would be the person that I would call for the work.
