 + 0 moreI am THOROUGHLY pleased with their services, start to finish. Pete was a great listener and knew what to suggest, based on my desires. He worked with me until we found just the right Hunter Douglas product that would work in our log home. His lead installer, Josh, came out and installed all of the product, including the UV film on our windows. A month later, I had an issue with one of our blinds; NO PROBLEM. I called Pete, he ordered a replacement no questions asked. When Josh came to install the replacement, he checked all other installed items to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. I DEFINITELY recommend them!!
Description of Work: Pete McBride, owner, came to our house and worked with me on window treatments for our log home in Chatham County. We had a few areas where I did not want the view obstructed, and he suggested UV window film instead of blinds or shutters. In addition to saving the view, the film would protect our furniture from sun-fading. Approximately 3-4 weeks after we placed the order, they returned and installed all products.
