Bio Turf Irrigation

The owner seems nice enough and professional, but what matters is the work and employees, and that part was not good. Had a leak at my backflow, found this company here on Angie's List. The job was to fix the leak and do a spring start up. The employee acted like he didn't want to be here, was very short and acted like he just wanted to get it done and move on which is fine, but he came across rude when I was showing him what I needed, and where things were. I didn't say anything and was just happy to get my irrigation up. About 8 weeks later I have another leak from the same spot. Call Bioturf, didn't hear anything but they did come out in a few days to fix it and charged me $81. Again, I didn't say anything because the nut was cracked, but same exact leak. About a month after that, a big leak as water was running. Called another company, on a Sunday, and he came right out. Told me what the problem was before even starting. Bio Turf fixing the same issue for the second time and charging me, had tighten the nut so tight it cracked the bottom pipe. Three encounters with this company and all terrible. Cost me $310 bucks to clean up their mess. Don't work with these guys although the owner is a respectful individual. Just has employees that don't know what they are doing.

Anthony was the best. Fair prices, quick work and excellent instructions on use of system. He and his people very attentive to details. Minimal damage to yard as digging needed for the installation. Quick water connecting even in the city of Durham.

It went exceptionally well. Very thorough explanation. Understood the local audiences. They were very knowledgeable of when we should and should not run the system. checked each of the areas to make sure that all of the piping worked proficiently. We moved one of the sprinkler heads. over all very impressed with the professionalism and follow up.
