Rob did an excellent Job! He showed up as agreed, spent all the time needed to get my small place looking great, and even offered to come back and do the chimney as a courtesy.

The Service Provider hardly did a favorable job of pressure washing my home, and made excuses when it came to spots he clearly neglected. Even though he offers a satisfaction guarantee, he kept telling me that the door and bird feces left behind could not be cleaned to my satisfaction and even accused me of counterfeit money when I handed him one of the new $100 bills. When I told him he could go to the credit union because it is close by. I noticed the sides were still dirty when I was Windexing my windows. He used my water instead of using the big tanks of water on his truck.
He did a great job on the side walk and the drive way. I give him credit for that. Their were spider webs that were still present. I reached out to him to see if he would come back and refused to do so.

"When I was done with the house, the lady was extremely excited on how it looked. She hired me because she said the house next door to her I cleaned, and it never looked so good. She handed me one of those new $100 bills, and I have never seen one before. She assumed that I thought she was giving me counterfit money. I did not think that. I was impressed on how cool the new bill looked. I think she took it personally. My company offers a satisfaction guarantee. I will not leave the property until the customer evaluates my work, is satisfied, and then pays me. All of those things happened. A spider can build a web in 10 minutes. I take pride in every job I do. This is the only complaint I have had in over a year. I called the home owner back to try and resolve the issue but she doesn't want to make things right on her end. All I can do is try and make the next customer happy."

Rob did a great job! He's punctual and responsive . He Pressure washed our entire house, deck, ramp, sidewalk and driveway. This was done prior to repainting our home. He is friendly and very willing to work with your schedule.
He is very professional and takes a great deal of pride in his work!
He puts you at ease and part of it is his attention to detail. My husband and I highly recommend Rob for the job!!! He was great!
