Highly recommended roofing company! As a first-time homeowner and after hearing some horror stories from friends and family concerning home improvement contractors, I was a bit apprehensive when going through the estimate process. Some contractors 'yes' you to death, try to upsell and then after the work is done, you'll never see them again. Also, sometimes with estimates you are dealing with a salesman not the folks who are actually doing the work. Not true with ABJ! After getting 3 estimates from different companies, Oscar from ABJ came promptly and on time. He calmly walked me through the process, explained the work they were going to do and presented the estimate. No sell pressure what-so-ever and best of all the estimate was thousands below all the others. After agreeing to the terms and selecting shingle type and color, work began right away. Oscar was on-site the whole time with his crew working quickly and efficiently. Work took less than two days and clean up was spotless. The roof looked great, and they even shingled my well house without me asking. (nice touch!) They gave me the left-over new shingles to keep for warranty purposes and to replace any future damaged shingles. Fast forward to ten months later.. After a very hot summer, one of the shingles appeared to bubble up. I gave Oscar a call to discuss why that might happen and he came the next day with his crew to fix the issue. No haggle, no missed calls, just came and fixed the issue no questions asked. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel good companies should really get recognition when they do it right! ABJ is one of those companies which stand by their work, are easy to work with and go the extra mile. Other companies should take note!

They did an excellent job, from estimate to completion of work. The clean up following the install was exceptional. They communicated during the process and made a recommendation that saved us some money and provided a better solution than the roof that was being replaced. Diligent, hard working.

ABJ did the most awesome job. They not only replace the shingles on my house but also did my shed. I have lightning rods on my house and an exhaust fan on my shed. They put them back in place. It is absolutely beautiful the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the entire process of having my roof replaced. AJB work worked with us to choose the right shingles, even giving us a list of house to see what the different shingles look like on a roof. Installation went very smoothly, and they did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. They came out promptly after the roof was completed to address a couple minor issues.

We are happy with our decision of going with ABJ Roofing. We are pleased with our new roof and gutters. The cost estimate was competitive and very reasonable. Mauricio was helpful in choosing the color and type of the shingles and very easy to work with. He and the rest of the crew did an excellent job.

Owner was very personable. Gave a very reasonable cost estimate, explained what would be done, got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely, afterwards explained in detail and with pictures all of the scheduled and additional work that needed to be done (roof was in bad shape), and gave an extra discount at the end. Very professional family business. Would definitely contract with them again.

Excellent. Mauricio was helpful in choosing the right shingle for our home. His estimate was very competitive. The crew arrived early and finished on time. And they cleaned up — no nails or debris were left, which was important to us since we have small kids. Highly recommend!

My roof had a small leak, so I called and made an appointment. They came out to look at the roof and were able to do the repairs on the same day. They also replaced the boots around a few of the vent pipes on the roof. It rained a few days later, so I was able to see that there is no more leaking.

ABJ replaced my roof December 2018. They did a fantastic job. Professional and cleaned up well afterwards. Installed drip edge where needed and even installed a ridge vent on my shed. Call Mauricio for a quote. I think you will appreciate the quality this company provides.

The work was completed as scheduled. The crew arrived early and completed the project in 1 1/2 days. There was no damage to the landscaping and they cleaned up very thoroughly.

They did an excellent job. I got 4 estimates. All the others stressed how they would do stuff other would not and were accordingly much more expensive. ABJ did all this and for a fair price. One of Bulmaro's nephews was always on the job and supervised all the work. VERY pleased!

We had a leak on our 2nd floor and it turned out the roof was improperly installed. We've learned the value of a good roofing company and ABJ roofing is just that. They were responsive, efficient and did quality work for a great price.

In all honesty, ABJ Roofing has far exceeded my highest hopes in every respect! They were simply wonderful! To begin the process of having our house re-roofed, I really appreciated the initial meeting I had with Balmaro and Mauricio. The next step was Mauricio, with a really kind, patient and well organized manner, very capably established all of the ground work for the entire project. Then on the day of the project I could not have been more pleased with how everything went! Juan, the crew leader, was absolutely great! He was so patient and kind in thoroughly addressing my long list of questions and concerns! Furthermore he consistently exhibited the highest level of competence in all aspects of doing the roofing work in the best possible way. Even though I did not have any direct personal interactions with the rest of the crew, I did get a very good feeling being around them. Also, very importantly, as best as I can judge, the quality of their workmanship seemed truly impressive! All in all, it might sound overdone, but I genuinely feel my experience with ABJ Roofing was really wonderful!

It went very smoothly. They completed the work in the two days they predicted. They were very careful not to damage my house, lawn or bushes. They thoroughly cleaned up, leaving nothing behind when they left. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with. I will highly recommend them.
