Just recently me and wife got the pleasure to have Brian do our home inspection for our new home. He was really thorough and took his time which came us comfort that we have someone who was looking for our best interest. He was on time and readily to answer questions that we had. The team was very timely and the work was very thorough. they went over every detail inside and out. there was so many things that i missed that made a difference they went over grounds, basement and total interiors. i would recommend them highly.

Brian was great, he had great communication and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. His home inspection was incredibly thorough (even my contractor said this to me). My home was a new construction and Brian even noted paint and other minor cosmetic defects in addition to his inspection as a courtesy. Brian was great! Easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional.

Very nice guy/knowledgeable but I do feel like I wasted money. House was inspected and 1 minor issue was found. Given that issues I noticed myself while at the house were not listed on the report I decided to get a second inspection with someone who used to be a builder. 21 issues were found with the second inspector and at a cheaper rate.

HE JUST CARES ABOUT HIS NAME . SO EVERYTHING HE DOES HE MAKES IT AS CLOSE TO PERFECT AS IT CAN BE . AND WHEN HE INSPECT SOMETHING YOU KNOW THAT YOU HIRED SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HISS NAME IS ON IT AS WELL AS THE LORDS SO YES IT WAS DONE RIGHT . AND YOU KNOW WHO HE RECOUNTS YOU TO YOU CAN TRUST JIM.

The Radon Inspector was contracted out by 8 Point and did create problems over the Memorial Day Holiday as the building project manager locked the residence. We were still living in Virginia and unable to help gain access. As a result his radon reader sat in the house monitoring gases for a week or more. Otherwise probably would have been done over that weekend.

Brian was awesome! 15/10! Iâ d recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. Great communication, honest and has integrity. Donâ t go with anyone else, 8 point is where youâ ll be taken care of.
