.My wife and I purchased a large mountain lodge that had to have massive renovations. The house had been cut up in to small rooms and partitioned off as a bed and breakfast, owners side and rental rooms side. We wanted the house turned back in to a single family residence for renting to large family reunions and such. We had walls removed, beam work installed and opened areas up to accommodate our target customers. All flooring had to be replaced, some tiled, some hard woods and some carpet. We installed central heat and air as well. I highly recommend Mickey and his folks at Fine Home Builders.
