Due to someone turning our thermostat off instead of down, our summer house in Watauga county sat with no heat during weeks of single digit temperatures. Needless to say, we had a disastrous result. Called Brooks Plumbing and talked to a very nice lady who took all of my information and put in my work order. Received a call from Justin Brooks and arranged to meet matt and Dustin at the house to assess the damage. To make a long story short, we decided that a total re-piping of the house was going to be the quickest and least expensive solution. Since I do not live at the site during the winter, it was great the way that Justin and Matt kept me informed of where they were in the process by phone. Let me add that during this whole process the weather definitely has not cooperated, and they were still able to complete the job. Brooks Plumbing did exactly what they said they would do, and always left a clean work site while they were doing it. If you have a situation that requires knowledgable people who will do a quality job, this is who you want. You may have to wait a couple of days to get on their schedule for a big job, but if you can do so it is worth waiting for them. I give them an A rating.

i will definitely use them in the future. they are often booked up ahead of time, but it is worth the wait if you are able.
the plumber i had always used retired and brooks were recommended to me. i will do the same.
the area was kept clean, the work was done well, and i was very happy with it.
a friend of mine who did plumbing work, etc. in the past looked at my problem and suggested a price range of what it should cost. the work brooks did cost exactly what my friend said was a and quot;fair deal.and quot;
i also showed them something in my shower i was concerned about (leaking around the faucet knob). the plumber told me that replacing it would be pricey, and the best thing to do would be to caulk the area myself, so that i wouldn't have to have the work done in the future and i could avoid a possible leak behind the wall. this saved me a lot of money.
these guys are the ones to go with.

They were punctual and pleasant. I have used Brooks a number of times -- they are a little expensive, but I continue to call them because they do good work, are neat and never leave a mess, which I appreciate. Both Justin and Jason Brooks have worked at my house. Jason leveled with me that they could service my acid neutralizer, but another local company specialized in it and would be a better service provider to call. He called them for me to ask for an appointment.

This is what did not work out.  It was just very expensive.  We should have checked around some other places.  He put dirt down and seeded in the first of December and then the grass did not grow so we had a muddy mess.  For the plumbing, they were fine; I just would not call them any kind of drainage problem.  The drainage problem is still there, it is accumulating water in the carport.

I would call them back for plumbing work.
