Excavation
We ended up paying three times what he estimated. The yard also holds three times as much water as it ever did. He cut a power line with his backhoe. We actually saw him do this and he never did anything to fix. He also destroyed a PVC pipe that comes from our home drain pipe with his backhoe. This created a geyser in our backyard when we have rain now. We also witnessed that. No attempts were made to fix either of these. He has not returned multiple texts and calls from us. He took 3 weeks to finish the job and it was tough to keep him on site.

Excavation
Never showed without me calling as a reminder. Eventually came over but then decided to not call and/or arrive with the information. No communication, apology, nothing.
