I have been in residential maintenance and housing restoration for over 20 years . in those 20 years ive worked for aprtment complexes, nursing homes and retirement homes. I have also done several housing renovations from the ground to the roof. my number one priority is customer satisfaction and just up front honesty. I have a HVAC LICENSE , AND national CPO ( certified pool operator) i can tackle anything from heating and air tuneup to stabilizing your pool chemicals. and from paint , to electrical, to plumbing and flooring. I have dedicated myself in those 20 years to learn and adapt and give the best possible result I can give on anything in a home. I can even do appliance repairs!! I believe in making every experience pleasant and affordable. my unique quality unlike most is I do possess the knowledge and certifications to do things not typical of a general handyman.
