I have been in residential maintenance and housing restoration for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have worked for apartment complexes, nursing homes and retirement homes. I have also done several housing renovations from the ground to the roof. My number one priority is customer satisfaction and up-front honesty. I have my HVAC license and my national CPO (certified pool operator). I can tackle anything from heating & air to stabilizing your pool chemicals, paint, electrical, plumbing, flooring AND even appliance repair. I have dedicated myself in those 20 years to learn and adapt and give the best possible result I can give on anything in a home. I believe in making every experience pleasant and affordable.
