My very next bill revealed not only a charge for their services, but broke my "bundle package" with my phone provider, resulting in an addition of $53.50 to my previous bill as well as to my present bill. This was an excess of $110.00. I contacted my phone/internet provider and was assured that USBI could no longer make charges on my account, NOR could they claim long distance services, resulting in additional charges from my provider. I was told that they could not reversethe charges made by USBI, and that I would have to contact USBI for this. I contacted USBI and was informed that they could not reverse the charges because I had agreed to the service. I was informed at the beginning of the initial telemarketer call that the call would be recorded...........so I asked for the call to be retrieved. I asked for a supervisor, and after a few minutes on hold was informed that there were no supervisors present but that one would call me back within 24 hours.................................................
Description of Work: Telemarketer misled with incorrect information, reassuring me that no extra charges would be applied to my business account and that their services would NOT affect my current billing with my phone/internet provider.
