Bill was amazing. He was willing to come late at night but I told him the morning was fine. It was the 4th weekend and he cheerfully came Saturday morning fully prepared. He was transparent about weekend rates/travel time/etc so no surprises. He diagnosed the issue and explained our options. He was professional and laid back (a magic combo). Weâ ll definitely call him again.

Before the visit I was quoted a price of $99.00 an hour for the service call. However, the serviceman upon arriving stated the price was $99.00 for the visit, no matter how long, plus repair cost. The serviceman completed his work in about 30 minutes. Other than that I was satisfied with the job.

The tech explained everything his thoughts on what he thought was the problem and how he planned to correct it.Really helped me understand each step. The total invoice was acceptable in todays world of finance. Will use the company if there are any future problems.

The initial interview was very professionally done. Scheduling was prompt. Workers were well trained in there fields and completed this work in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone involved were great to get along with and I enjoyed getting to know them in this short period of time.

My home HVAC unit stopped working completely. In less than two days Lilley Enterprises removed all of the old duct work, that had been damaged during the flooding of hurricane Matthew, installed new duct work and installed a new Daikin 3 Ton 14 SEER Gas Package for me. Everyone I spoke with at Lilley Enterprises was honest and exceptionally helpful. They DID NOT try to take advantage of my being an older/elderly person. Nor did they try to raise prices since I was in dire need of a new unit and the install date being the first really cold day/night of December. I will gladly recommend Lilley Enterprises to anyone for all HVAC repair and service needs!!!

All the staff was very friendly and has good customer service skills. They also acknowledged that I was a Matthew flood victim and did not try to jack up the cost for repairs. I will be calling them in the future as the need arise.

failure to communicate. I did not get a call from the service rep until 7:30 PM, saying they'll be over in 30-45 minutes.. After reviewing the problem, the service rep put off any repairs to be done until a different person showed up the following day.

"Call was on a very hot busy day. Ever effort was made to work this customer in during regular business hours. Service tech did not have material or ability to go pick up material needed this late in day. It was unfortunate to have to wait til the next day but it was not for lack of effort."
