I left a message in the wee hours of the morning. He returned my call before 7:00 AM. I informed him that I needed an appointment ASAP because I could not use my toilets or run any water anywhere in the house without it backing up in my bathtub. I had never had my septic tank pumped and I've lived here long enough to know that it was surely needed. He told me he would work me in as soon as he could, possibly that morning, surely that day. He was there to do the job less than three hours later. After the lid was removed, we determined that it definitely needed to be pumped and that there must be a clog in the line feeding the septic tank. He told me that after pumping the septic tank he would attempt to clear the clog using suction at no additional charge, but if he was unsuccessful he was not equipped to clear it otherwise. (I would need to pay someone else to clear it or attempt to clear it myself.). Luckily it worked and I had time to shower, have lunch and still salvage the second half of the work day. He was very professional and courteous and I was very pleased with his quick response and his work.

Went well, system not flushed for a long time.

Brandon was quick to return my call and was able to pump the tank within 36 hours of my call.

I was thoroghly satisfied with the work I paid for. Brandon exceeded my expectations. I am very confident that the job was done right and at a reasonalble cost. I will use Braxton Septic Tank Service as my regular septic tank cleaning service.

He came out and did it and did not make too much of a mess. His prices were a whole lot better than anyone else's. Overall he did a very good job. He came back a second time about a year and a half later and recommended a different service provider and that worked out great as well. He did not charge me for that either.
