Water was occasionally leaking from washer but not all the time. Richard explained load size, cleaning the machine, and use of detergents. He knows his buisness!

I called Richard's Appliance Repair and they took the time to diagnose the problem as accurately as they could over the phone and told me the price for the service visit as well as the two possible repairs that could be needed. They returned my calls, answered all my questions and when the service was provided it was quick and he was very professional.
I would recommend Richard's Appliance Repair to anyone and I will definitely use them again for any future services!

We had a great experience working with Richard's Appliance Repair. They were very responsive. Scheduling was efficient and Richard showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the appropriate parts with him so he was able to remedy the problem immediately.
We were billed what we felt was a fair price, comparatively for other service calls we had quoted, and would recommend his services in the future.
