It went extremely well. I had a freezer that was in the process of dying, and the guy showed up. It doesn't get any better than that. When we first called this morning, they said he will come but between 4:30/5 this afternoon. Then around 10:30 am they had a cancellation and called to see if he could come then. This is worth noting. His card is on my refrigerator, and I will use him in the future.

Dishwasher failed on Saturday at noon. I called B and B Appliance and Mike was here before 4 PM.Part wasn't available monday, but he got it and installed it on tuesday.Neat, clean work. Friendly, professional worker.

They were awesome! They ordered the parts and had everything fixed by Christmas. Communication was excellent. If the need arises I would use them again.

I have a rental unit and the dishwasher was making an awful noise. They came out to look at it and it was just a plastic straw that was lodged in it. They charged a service fee that should have been less expensive than it was for the 5 minutes that they were there. If they would have charged less I would have been happier.

I called B and B after another company came out and said they didn't know what was wrong and they would be back in 5 days to do another check with the correct equipment. I called around 3:00PM and Michael was at our house in about 1 hour. He also needed more equipment, but, came back with it in about 45 mins. and that evening he put in freon and ordered a new fan. On Saturday around noon, he came back to see if the freon was working. He was ready to do more investigation if not. It was working and he came back on Tuesday and installed the fan. We were so happy to not be without a refrigerator for several days and he charged less for the service call than the previous company that didn't even figure out the problem.
