He was thorough. He doesn’t get an A overall; my husband was a little disappointed in something to do with the foundation. It turned out it’s not a problem. We were just a little nervous about it. I don’t know what comparable prices are for an inspection; I don’t know if it was a good price or not. He was recommended by our Realtor and we were new to the area so we went with him.
