I did a lot of research and chose this one because it had a two year warranty. I drove about two hours to pick it up. I purchased it on 1/31/2014. I've had it less than 3 months and I'm already having troubles with it. I called the company and spoke with Mike at first. He had me test the fuel. I tested it and found that it wasn't the fuel that was the problem. Later, I turned the knob and it wasn't making the mechanical sounds it usually makes. I called again and spoke with the manager, Amy, who told me that it was completely my fault because I didn't run out the wick. I know how to use a kerosene heater and I was using it properly. She was very rude and I was getting no where with her. I called again and spoke with Carolyn to get my money back, but they refused. I asked to speak with the supervisor that would be deciding on it, and she said there was a death in his family, so he was out. I asked when I could call, and wasn't given a straight answer. She gave some advice on where I could take it, but claimed that she couldn't honor the 2 year warranty. I'm very disappointed with this company.
