I thought that the best part of working with Tom was the communication. Both of my houses are old (one built in 1898) which means that you find some unexpected things in the walls or under the house that require some large adjustments and some very creative solutions to make the project work. He always stayed smiling and was careful to keep the costs very reasonable for the amount of extra work he had to do to accommodate the issues. I love the end product (new bath and kitchen) and I appreciate all the little repairs that got done in a very timely manner on the 2nd house.
