Walter Clay Underwood

He showed up for work at 12 or 1pm if he ever showed up at all.  He only managed to paint 2 small rooms.  He painted two doors incorrectly and they are still sticky.  He took a cigarette break every 20 minutes on my lawn and left the cigarette butts everywhere.  He brought his girlfriend around every day.  I bought food and drinks for them every day.  He was supposed to get paid and have the whole job finished by the end of August.  He showed up at noon with his cousin and girlfriend to get the rest of the house done.  One day his girlfriend slept all day on my couch.  The next day he didn't show up because he had to take his girlfriend to the hospital because she was having breathing difficulties.  When he came back he took the brushes but left the paint.  He spilled some paint in the street.  He didn't finish the job so I did not pay him.  I had already given him money up front for supplies and gas.
