They were great, but I had a couple of items broken. My interaction with them was okay. There could be more interactions. One of the regulars had called in and could not work that day so they just picked up somebody. They just didn't pay attention to details. I had some really nice oriental screens. They just let it sit out in the wind and it got knocked over and broke. When my screens were broken, they did call and try to get those reordered for me. So the responsiveness was good.

I was very happy with them. They were courteous and jovial. They were on time and took care to wrap our furniture. Everything was delivered in good shape. They gave us a quote and it took a little longer in one of them but it was as expected.
