Over the four years I've spent 90,000 dollars remodeling my waterfront home on Lake Norman. I spent the first year in contractor h*** where people didn't show up, their estimates were way off and wanted more money. A lot of times a contractor would start a job and disappear for fishing or hunting season. Then I found Tim on the recommendation from a friend and he has done a fabulous job. Tim shows up when he says he will, he usually charges less than his initial estimate, never charges more, the craftsmanship is top notch. Tim is old school he is not the type of business owner who would register himself on a service like this one. I'm doing because I know how hard it is to find a reliable contractor who is will to take on small jobs, as well as large or anything in between. Tim has built decks for me, installed hardwood floors, structurally reinforced my sunroom before it collapsed and even did some repair work on dock. If you need a reliable honest contractor Tim is your guy.
