Streamline Developers

I found them around the neighborhood and through friends. They are local. They handled all the subcontractors, the construction financing, and everything. I liked that everything was according to the plan, we didn't have to deal with gathering our own contractors, it was all  handled through them, they handled the financing, and we purchased a home through them. It was very consultative, so we ended up with a custom home, and overall I really enjoyed the process. The process took a little less than a year. Designing was really well. We didn't come with a plan, but they were able to work with us on some sketches, and they hand an in-house drawer who directed and edited all the plans. All of that was very well put together, and throughout the process we met with their individual contractors, and the kitchen, and flooring and all of that was done separately, so we were able to pick out whatever we needed. The appliances and everything included. Their pricing was very competitive.
