STAPLES

They said they transferred everything over.  She had scanned pictures from decades previously and cleaned up thousands of pictures and none of the pictures transferred.  She went back to Staple’s and they said the information would be lost forever.   I went to Dave’s Computer Service and they said this was a common problem and that it takes equipment to get the information recovered.  Within 20 minutes they reassured me that we could recover the information.   Dave’s computer service recovered the information that Staples said was lost forever.  We will be using them again in the future. He is a great computer guy and he did exactly what he said he would do.  It was expensive but worth it.  I went back to Staple's to let them know what happened and I spoke with the store manager.  He was very apologetic and let me know that they could have also recovered the pictures but would have had to send it out, but they never offered this to my wife.  He said he would train his staff and he also gave us generous discount coupons.
