We got a call from our handyman. He informed us that he has found another leak on our roof. After talking with him, we asked him to find us some estimates on replacing the roof. Which he did. And thats how we found SMART ROOFS! Our handyman was most impressed with Mike Ponce because unlike the other estimates he actually got on the roof to take the measurements and explained in detail what he was gonna do. And how he would take precautions around some of my favorite plants that are just starting to bloom. Even though Smart Roofs was the lowest estimate we recieved, that isnt the reason we went with them. It was because of the knowledge he had of our roof and his carefullness around our prized plants.
