Contacted a month ago. Discussed the project of excavating, grading a sloping backyard, and the installation of a drystack retaining wall. We paid for the materials and work began very shortly thereafter. Backyard was excavated and graded for proper drainage. A deep footing was dug and filled with gravel. The gravel was compacted and then a wall was constructed of splitface, drystack blocks weighing in excess of 80+ pounds each. Wall was topped off with cap blocks. Happy with the work and the process. Just waiting for grass to grow back.
