Owner Ron provided an estimate that was 1/2 of a competitor (that should have been a sign). It took him 2 weeks to come, partially due to rain. He came 2 days later than he said he would to do the grading. He completed the grading without problems except for a chip on a sidewalk. Then he said he wanted it to set for 2 days. I called the next day to confirm and he said he wouldn't be able to come till a week later because "there is no concrete available". I said, "I find that hard to believe". He said, "I've got another job and I don't work on the customer's schedule, I work on mine. I'll get to it when I get to it." I told him that was unacceptable and he said he would arrive with the concrete today and lay it down so it would crack. Needless to say I canceled the job. He came 30 minutes later and picked up his framing and left.
Very unprofessional, contradicted himself, and threatened to do a poor job if we continued working together.
