Roofing
Roy Coffey was subcontracted to put a new metal roof on my home. Within just a couple months I was having leaks. Since then I have gone to the expense of having the chimney re-pointed and an expensive gutter system installed. I am still getting leaks in several areas of my home. When I called Roy - he does not want to take responsibility for his work. I have had several roofing companies come out to inspect the roof he installed. First of all - he installed the metal roof right over the top of the decomposing shingles that were on the house! A big No-No! He did not install a drip edge, did not install the proper metal for the pitch at the back of the house, did not install the appropriate plumbing flashings on the roof, did not install the roof properly around the chimney.......the list goes on and on. Unless you want a huge mess, damage to your home and added expense to correct his mistakes - DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
