The new gutters and downspouts looked good when they were installed and generally look good now. However, 18 months later, two of the gutters are pulling away from the house. We tried to reach Cole but his phone is no longer in service. We contacted a well-respected roofer who recommended a gutter guy. After inspecting the gutters he said the screws used to attach them to the house are too short and they are pulling out. He asked what we paid Cole and said he would have charged around the same amount. Now we need to pay to have the gutters reattached. We are also adding 2 more downspouts that are needed along the sides of the house where the span is too long to be without them.
