The team had to make two trips.
It was thought that the leak was repaired after the first visit; however, a few days later the leak reappeared. Robco sent the crew back out and after the second trip the leak was fixed.
Having the crew return wasn't difficult as Robco wanted to be certain that we were satisfied with the repair.
The only issue I had was having to pay $300.00 in advance. If the repair was less than or up to $300.00, I wouldn't have to pay anything additional.
My wife and I called several companies and their pre-payment model seems to be par for the course. Many other companies wanted more than $300.00. We went with Robco because of their reputation and they didn't disappoint.
We would consider using them again if we need additional roof work done.
