They were instructed to specifically use an airride vehicle with a lift gate. The equipment is bulky and difficult to maneuver. It is also very sensitive and cannot be taken down a ramp. A lift gate is absolutely essential. Plus, since it is x-ray equipment, it needs airride truck transport. RAM showed up in a regular standard equipped rental truck without airride and no liftgate. We refused to allow them to take the equipment. They in turn, since we paid them in advance, refused to return the money. I offered a settlement sum but they balked at it and now fail to return any phone calls.
