What I like about him is that he is a full service person. At the time we were trying to build in North Carolina where we were living, we didn't know how to go with the side plan, how to go about getting the permits, how to go about doing all that stuff from the distance and many builders cannot provide those services for you. They're just like "we'll build your house" but you know all that crap is up to you. He had a degree in contract management, still he starts at ground zero and works with you. He goes to the permit offices, he works with everybody, he works with the surveyors and all of that stuff. He is full service and very, very much focused on quality. He has somebody that is working for him and they do not perform up to his level--they are gone in a heartbeat.
