He is always straight up, he has four staff and he didn't try to mislead you on anything, if there's a problem anywhere, I'd call him till 11 0'clock at night and said what's going on in my house and he was right on there, right on the spot. He got over 8 thousand dollars when we bought this house and then my son, we over dealt him, saved him about two thousand, very goods o when you pay cash, you basically have a warranty on it, for post house, we pay cash, anything was perfect when we talked to him and then three weeks later, we were remodeling it and moving at the same time.
